I've been trying to update some of my collections for a couple of weeks now but anything I search for through amazon is no longer found.

Any update on how long before the site is fully restored and running again?

After sending numerous mails concerning problems with uploads, organizing collectibles etc I still haven't received any response. If you guys plan to keep this enterprise up and running I suggest you better start doing something about it. I'm tired of getting "heads will roll" messages when the fact of the matter is that nothing has been improved here.
All problems with this site has made me look for some other way to organize my collectibles. It's a real shame, because this site really could be great...

WHEN A SYSTEM GOES OFF-LINE FOR OVER A MONTH IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. Sorry, I had my caps lock on. I'm glad it's back up but nothing has been fixed in the meantime. Batch upload doesn't work, search within a collection also, and I still can't delete comments.

I seem to have 'Outgrown' my Squirl Space, Please can I have some more Space as soon as possible.

I will gladly pay a small fee for this,

I too cannot navigate my collection if I'm not logged in, just keeps me on page one! Also, my collection does not appear in ICON view, sorted by name as I selected it to do!!
Lastly, I cannot batch upload! HELP!!!!!!!!!

When I don't log in and look at my collection, I can't change the view from list to pictorial. I also can't change the order to Most Recent. SHouldn't I be able to do that?

Adding items to a collection is faster when things are working. I still can't move items between collections. I haven't been able to do a batch upload since Sunday. I will be extremely happy if the throughput stays as good as it was before Sunday. I also have issues with deleting comments. It only deletes the comment from one page. When I go to the next page it's still there. When I log in for a new session the "deleted" comments are back on all the pages. The system asks me if I'm sure I want to delete the comment, because it will be gone forever - promises, promises. Thanks in advance for fixing these problems.

I still can't move items from the Alice in Wonderland Virtual to the Alice in Wonderland collection. Why do I get a search error when I try?

Good morning, I am wondering if others are having trouble with the export from Squirl tool. It used to work and now when I try to export my collection to a CSV file, I receive the web page which states "we screwed up...... send email to broken@squirl.info if problem persists." Thanks for sharing any information about this topic.

I am hoping its a quick fix because I find the export tool to be very useful.

I've been trying to upgrade my plan but the page never loads. Can someone help me with this?

It takes a long time to upload one image. One day while being mesmerized by the scrolling acorn, I opened another window and found that lo and behold my image was already there. Meanwhile back at window one the acorn was still scrolling. Why is that. Will I cause a problem if I stop that window and go on to my next update?

Thanks for fixing this so quickly. Actually it's not fixed. I can delete if I just go to the item in the collection. If I get there by clicking on a link from a comment, the delete key doesn't work. This is not a big deal to me, but I guess you should fix it.

Yes, our server has been dogging it lately. I'm not sure why -- traffic has been climbing, but not *that* much. I haven't changed any code that would affect speed. I'm going to try and work this out over the next few days -- do what I can to the code to speed it up, and work with the hosting company to see if anything has changed on their end that could be causing this. Apologies for the headaches. Slow websites are a silent killer!

Has system response been incredibly slow the last few days? I have found the odd time now and again where response is okay, but that is the exception. I have convinced a couple of people to join squirl, but they are almost ready to hang it up. If there is something you can do to speed it up, please do it before they flee.

What a great feature - 3 images per item. Problem is when I add a third it simply overwrites the second. So we have only 2 images per item now.

I still can't upload a picture for my collection "icon". I still just have the acorns.

I upgraded to an Unlimited plan early this month. Every time I go to add a new item to my collections, I get redirected back to my account page listing what my plan is instead of the "add new items" page.

Is there a way to fix this?
